I started a new exercise class this week, called Sh'Bam - which is one of the Les Mills programs, strange name right and I have no idea why they called it that...but i guess its a fun word to say.

Anywho it's the new dance craze exercise for 2013, the class last for 45mins and you burn an average of 506 calories. My instructor (Alison) is brilliant she made us shake our booty and try and look sexy.. Haha no chance there I just felt silly looking at myself in the dance studio mirror trying to look sexy while sweat profusley, but loved the booty shake part.

Think I'll make this a regular Thursday lunchtime class so that will mean 5 days working out. God help me!

  • Get in the fat burn zone without the "hard work" workout
  • Learn hot new dance moves
  • Improve coordination
  • Increase cardiovascular fitness
  • Have loads of fun, get an emotional high and forget you're even exercising
