I went to Holland & Barrett and brought this product. I heard and read lot about this magical superfood. So I thought I'd give it a try. You mix 2 tsp with water or juice you can even add it to your smoothies or salads (recommend intake 10 - 15 grms) which equals 5 grms = 1tsp it tasted gross nah seriously it wasn't that bad, it just tasted like spinach.
I stuff with low iron defiencey so as well as trying to eat my green veggies I will add this green jucie to the mix, hopefully I'll will gain some extra energy which I lack.
