The Amazing Benefits of Peppermint Oil

I’ve recently been introduced to the wonderful peppermint oil while being at my reflexology session this week. I had been suffering with a bloated stomach for about three days feeling very uncomfortable to the point where I couldn't sleep nothing I did seemed to help, so I brought some Optibac probiotics which is suppose to support digestive health in those with abdominal bloating I had read a few good reviews that it was great and of course some it didn't work for but went ahead and brought it anyway.... being an optimist that it would work for me. Well it didn't!!

So I spoke to my reflexologist and she gave me some peppermint oil mixed with warm water, it really did do the trick. The next day I went to my local health food shop and purchased some, it really has some incredible benefits from just a couple of drops in warm water the benefits for the digestive system are amazing and has been the best aid I have ever used for bloating/indigestion. It is also an anti inflammatory and can be used to treat menstrual cramps and balance irregular periods.

Directions for Use

Internally
To take Peppermint Oil internally add 1 or 2 drops of oil into a glass and a small amount of warm/hot water and shallow slowly, three times daily, preferably with meals.

This is one item I will be buying in the future and will have a permanent home in my medicine cabinet.
