The Happy Detox Breakfast Challenge

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day

I love a good detox and have done a few in my time from a 1 day raw food detox to a 3 day juice detox, in fact I love a good challenge. So when I received an email from Claire a couple of days ago and a tweet reminder last night I jumped on in, signed up and then thought. Oh no! What if I'm unable to commit!! I often try and talk myself out of doing things on a daily basis, my husband will tell you.. But I feel I have come along way from the /girl/woman who would shy away from simple things I would consider to be difficult.

So here's the deal.. A 5 day challenge of healthy tasty breakfasts to kick start your day. Yep that's it!! Just five mornings.
