Carrot Cake Protein Flapjacks




2 cups grated carrots
1/4 cup Protein - I used Vegan Blend  by My Protein (Pea Protein, Brown Rice & Hemp)
1 cup gluten-free oats
2 tablespoon organic honey
2 tablespoon melted coconut oil
1 vanilla pod extract the seeds (if you don't have any vanilla pods then use 1 teaspoon of essence)
2 tablespoons of mixed seeds 
2 tablespoons raisins.
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon all spice
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg


1. Making these flapjacks are really easy, all you got to do is mix the above ingredients together with your hands. Ensure honey is even spread throughout the mixture and then press the mixture down into a small brownie pan before baking for about 20-25 minutes at 170 C (332 F) or until they turn brown.

2. Then, just wait for them to cool before proceeding to slice them into flapjacks.
