Get your Fitness on - 30 Day Fitness Challenges

I brought a new app a couple of months ago from iTunes called 30 Day Fitness Challenges by developer Foamy Media Ltd.

I absolutely love this app – It motivates you to reach your fitness goals by combining workout programs that target specific areas of the body - Arms, Core, Legs & Strength.

I set myself a challenge this month (March) to motivate myself back into the swing of things after coming out of hospital and having not done any exercise for a couple of months and decided on something that was not too strenuous, so opted for the 30 Day Squat challenge. Day 1 you start off with 50 squats increasing the number of squats daily and finishing on 250 squats, you do get rest days in between which is good because you will need those rest days.

I feel myself getting stronger daily and intend on setting myself another goal once this has finished, there are so many exercises to choose from (about 20 in total) ranging from intermediate to advanced and it also comes with training videos explaining certain exercises in case you’re not familiar with it.

When working out I would advise doing other exercises too, to work all muscle groups as well as eating the right foods to really get the benefits you are looking to achieve.
