Raspberry & Blueberry Chia Jam Crumbles

Try these clean eating Raspberry & Blueberry Chia Jam Crumble Squares, no refined sugar and no dairy.

These crumbles taste amazing, but the only thing is they didn't last long at all, especially when the hubby tasted them. I made my own jam for this recipe, if you want to make you own, the recipe for this can be found by clicking - Berry Chia Jam I only used two types of berries for these crumbles.


11/2 cup all purpose gluten free flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp sea salt
11/2 cup of gluten free oats
1/2 cup Coconut Palm Sugar
1 cup Organic Coconut Oil (melted)
3/4 cup Raspberry & Blueberry Chia Jam use more if needed. 


  • Preheat oven to 180. Line a 8 by 8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leave a 2inch overhang on the side, so its eay to lift out. Grease parchment paper with coconut oil.
  • In a large mixing bowl, mix together flour, baking soda and salt. Stir in oats and palm sugar. Add coconut oil and work into the mixture until evenly moistened and crumble like.
  • Add 2 cups of the oat mixture to the prepared baking dish and press into an even layer. Spread raspberry jam or peanut butter into the even layer over the oat layer, coming within 1/4 inch of the edges. Sprinkle top evenly with the remaining oat mixture then slightly press into the jam layer.
  • Bake in preheated over until brown about 35 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before cutting into squares. Store in an airtight container.

Why not try adding a nut butter instead of Jam or nut butter and jam. Mmm must try that one next time.

I made some Dry Roasted Peanut Butter Crumbles and they turned out really well, great snack for before or after the gym.
