I've teamed up with Stress-Less FC to help spread the word on their new initiative. With todays demanding society, more and more people are suffering with work related stress or stress related illnesses.



The Stress-Less programme is a combination of 3 integral elements of health:

The Mind - Mental Health, Wellness, Stress Reduction and Rest & Recovery
The Body - Physical Strength, Composition, Movement, Cardiovascular system
The Food - Nutritional Stress, Intolerance, Bespoke Plans 

Their mission is to provide a service where everyone can work on their mental, physical and nutritional health, no matter what circumstances they are in.

I will be taking part in a challenge along with a few other bloggers to see who will be the Biggest Stress Loser, following the Stress-Less Programme directed by founder Michael Adu - which consist of mediation, exercise and nutritional coaching to create balance between the stresses of life and personal recovery.
